missing or have lost the use of limbs or eyes, or have been severely
burned, or have been injured due to war, natural disaster or illness.

The New Museum believes in the essential role of
culture to a free and open civil society; the museum’s programs and
collaborations provide a platform for cross-cultural dialogue, fostering
empathy, mutual understanding, and respect.
